Contacts is the single people surface. Each Contact has a lifecycle stage: none, lead, qualified, customer, or churned. The Leads view filters by stage. Pipeline stage lives on the Deal, not on the Contact.

Track every opportunity from first conversation to closed-won, without losing the thread, the deck, or the discovery call notes from three weeks ago.
Clients
Profiles, projects, contracts, conversations, and history connected to the same record. Nobody has to ask "who owns this account?" again.
