The line is simple: if a client touches it, or money touches it, it's Pro. Core ($15 per user / month) is the internal team layer: projects, tasks, notes, discussions, time tracking, and timesheets. Pro ($39) adds clients, the client portal, quotes, contracts, invoicing, budgets, live margin, workflows, events, vendors, custom permission sets, the communications hub, and the MCP server. Business ($59) adds scale and control: audit log, timesheet locking, advanced reporting, ScQL, API access, webhooks, and agent accounts.

Core starts at 3 seats, Pro at 5, and Business at 10. The minimums keep pricing per user rather than per feature, so every member of your team gets the full plan instead of a stripped-down seat. Above the minimum you simply add seats as you grow.

Annual plans are billed once up front at $108 per user / year on Core, $348 on Pro, and $588 on Business, the equivalent of $9, $29, and $49 per user / month, against $15, $39, and $59 on monthly billing. That is a saving of $72, $120, and $120 per user per year respectively.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your team's needs change. Annual billing prorates on upgrades, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Benny is Scrambl's built-in AI assistant. It builds your daily focus plan, drafts status updates, summarizes stalled deals, generates forms and workflows, and turns recorded meetings into tracked work. Every plan includes monthly AI credits per user: 100 on Core, 400 on Pro, and 1,000 on Business.

Slack, GitHub, and Zoom on Pro and Business, plus Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Calendar sync on every plan. Pro also includes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so you can reach your Scrambl data from your own AI tools. QuickBooks Online, Gusto payroll, Xero, and FreshBooks are coming soon, and Business adds API access, API keys, and outbound webhooks.

Scrambl uses HTTPS for all data in transit and encrypts sensitive fields like access tokens and passwords at rest. Field-level and row-level permissions control internal access, and the Business plan adds a full audit log of who changed what and when.
