Does Scrambl replace these tools or connect to them?

Both, on purpose. Scrambl replaces the point tools that hold your records: projects, CRM, timesheets, invoicing. It connects to the tools that hold your conversations, code, and meetings, and flows that activity into the same records.

Which plans include integrations?

Gmail, Outlook, and Google Calendar sync ship on every plan. Slack, GitHub, Zoom, and the MCP server ship with Pro and Business. The API, webhooks, and agent accounts ship with Business.

Can I request an integration?

Yes. Tell us which tool and what you would want it to do. QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Xero, and FreshBooks are already in development, and each moves into the directory the moment it ships. Nothing is marked available before it is real.
