Do I have to use all of it?
No. Every capability is switched on per workspace, so a team that only wants projects and time tracking runs exactly that. The rest stays out of the way until you turn it on, and turning it on later does not mean a migration, because the records were already shared.
What does Scrambl actually replace?
The tools you currently run alongside each other: a project tool, a CRM, a time tracker, a billing tool, a knowledge base and a client portal. They are not integrations here, they are one workspace reading one set of records, which is why nothing has to be exported between them.
Can I bring my data across?
Yes. Clients, projects, tasks, time entries and contacts import from the tools most teams are leaving, and the Migrate page walks through what moves and what needs a decision before it does.
How does tracked time turn into an invoice?
Directly. A time entry is approved against the task it was logged on, the approved hours draw against the contract deliverable that funds them, and the invoice bills from those hours. There is no export step, so margin computes from the work rather than from a spreadsheet rebuilt at month end.
Can clients see progress without a paid seat?
Yes. The client portal gives each client a scoped view of the real records: their projects, their requests, their documents and their invoices. They raise requests and leave feedback in it, so the status-check email stops getting written.
