Scrambl, wherever the work is.

One workspace, on your Mac, on your iPhone and in your browser.

Which app do you need?

Probably none. The web app is the whole product, and every plan runs in the browser. These three exist for the jobs a browser tab does badly.

Desktop app

Scrambl for Mac

Record a meeting, get it transcribed and filed against the right account. Benny sits on your desktop while you work.

Download for Mac

macOS. Scrambl.dmg, latest release.

Meet Benny
iPhone app

Scrambl for Work

The same workspace, signed in with the same account. Nothing lives only on the phone.

Get it on the App Store

iPhone. On the App Store.

Chrome extension

Scrambl Capture

Do a process once and get a draft procedure back, recorded from the tab you started it on and redacted before it saves.

Add to Chrome

Google Chrome. Not required to use the knowledge base.

Knowledge and capture

Every app writes to the same workspace.

A recording made on the Mac, a note added from the phone and a procedure captured in Chrome all land on the one record the web app shows, under the same permissions. Install an app for the job it does. Nothing forks.

Is there a Windows app?

Scrambl runs in the browser on Windows at app.scrambl.com, and the web app is the full product. The Mac app and the iPhone app are additions for specific jobs (recording meetings, working away from the desk), not requirements.

Do I need the desktop app to use Scrambl?

No. Every plan runs in the browser. The desktop app is how meetings get recorded, transcribed and filed against the right account, and it is where Benny lives as a desktop pet. If you do not need either, the web app is all of Scrambl.

Does the iPhone app use the same account?

Yes. Scrambl for Work signs in with the same account as the web app and works on the same records, so nothing lives only on the phone.

Do I need Capture to use the knowledge base?

No. You can write articles directly. Capture exists because the reason most knowledge bases fail is that writing them is a separate job nobody has time for.

What does the Capture extension record?

The clicks and screens of the run you start, on the tab you started it on, only while it is running. You edit and redact the draft before anything is published, so credentials and client data do not travel.
